2 sets of rims what finishes are they?

i have a set of work emotion cr kai in matte bronze
my question is are they painted or are they powder coated?

also enkei rpf1 are they painted or powder coated?

ive been looking everywhere and i cant find a definitive answer anywhere

I'm pretty sure they are paint. As powder coating costs more, and I believe powder coating weakens the metal and the rim.
