Looking for DRL/high beam bulb recommendations

What kind/brand of bulbs are you guys using for your DRL?

I'd like to replace the OEM halogen bulbs with something that produces a whiter colour in DRL mode (preferably 5000k). I bought some cheap 65W H9 bulbs from ebay and they're a little whiter, and light output is a bit lower than stock. When the high beams are turned on, they look fine... somewhere in the neighbourhood of 4500k.

I'd like to keep my high beams functional so not looking to go LED.

Anyone have any recommendations?

PIAA is the best way on this bulb. Not too many cars take H9, but we have them.
