Audi dealership

Hi everyone,

My 8k scheduled maintenance is coming up soon. Out of the three Audi dealerships (Capilano, Vancouver and Richmond), which one will you take your car to get the servicing done?

Most suggested that the Richmond dealership has got a pretty bad rep after the "dash cam" incident. Still, I'd like to hear what everyone says.

Thanks.

Thank you guys, Vancouver it is then.

Have been asking around, nothing really bad about the dealerships at Vancouver or Capilano... the one in Richmond is another story tho...

All 3 sucks , but I will pick Vancouver. Richmond scratched my roof and treat me like I just want a free car polish.
I ended up refuse the offer.

+1.

I agree, all 3 are pretty brutal. I my A5 serviced at open road because that's were I got my car and the sales guy I got my car from usually helps me out if I have issues with the service dept.

I didnt really like Clarkdale in Vancouver.

go to richmond, the chick service advisor will not only service your car but service you too, ask the techs for more details.

parm104 11-10-2012 04:01 PM

As mentioned, they ALL suck. Poor leadership, no accountability. I would honestly hit up Richmond if I were you. OpenRoad might have a better selection of cars and salesmen but Richmond wins on the service front. Advisers, service manager and lead techs. are all better at Richmond.

Btw Richmond dealer has Motul oil if that's what you want.
