DIY.. painting g35 headlight insides....help?
 

anyone ever done this? or have any suggestions or tips.?

bake them or use a hair dryer so you can open them up. after u can sand it and spray light coats of primer and the matte black (im assuming)

I've done anywhere between 50 and 70 sets of these locally, including other cars like 370z, GTR, 350z, etc....

No I don't do it anymore so don't ask me, but my suggestion to you is to go on G35driver.com/forums and look up the DIY thread, they have SPECIFIC instructions with pictures that show you how to do it..

It's not easy BTW, I messed up my first set of lights doing it... heatgun won't work let alone a hairdryer, it has to be oven and you have to be CAREFUL... oh so careful
