Is this possible..?

Is it possible to enhance the picture quality / sharpness of this digital picture?

It was taken on a low setting camera, and although a total noob to Photoshop, I've tried simply "sharpening" and it didn't help..

Is there anything i can do? Thanks.

awesome job so far guys, feel free to keep trying :)

It appears I won't get 'better' quality, but some of these alterations are great!
