When does snow tires go on sale ?

I'm looking to replace my stock all season with some Michelin snow tires soon (just preparing for next year). I have another set for summer !

When and which store would have the best deal in town?

Discount tire direct, Any time of the year... They don't have sales per say.

DTD does have sales in the form of an instant rebate, or a $80-$100 prepaid Visa card. They happen every so often.

The 80-100$ prepaid cards are ONLY if you pay with the Discount Tire credit card.

Nope. They had the $100 prepaid visa when you bought through their eBay seller account.

Discount Tire Direct ships right to your door- For free. All you pay is price of tires + duty/tariffs.

Prepare for this year, it's still winter. Trying to save $200 won't help when you need to call a tow truck or pay icbc deductible.

Image in motion sells michelin and have been competitive on price for me.

yea image in motion, they gave me very good price. but its in maple ridge.

most tire suppliers place their order for snow tires around spring time. shipments and sales start pushing around beginning of fall.

basically the best time to start looking into snowtires, and having some of the better selection and pricing is around fall time.

otherwise, you are competing with everyone else to get them.

People always laugh at me for buying snowies in October, But then i get the last laugh when they're forced to pay huge markups, and not the brand they wanted come December :ilied:
