Take more pikturs of it! I think I'm finally gonna pull the trigger on one after my wedding in september, unless the gti sells sooner.

bcrdukes 07-02-2013 12:31 PM

Which? The M3 or the E91? I don't really drive my cars all that much. :D

FYI I have an E36 M3 sedan, not the E46 hahaha.

westopher 07-02-2013 12:37 PM

e36 m3. I think its the best value for an M car. Was looking at e46 M3s but realized my budget would probably put me in a shitbox, where I could get a very nice e36, and have a much easier time working on it as well. Hoping for a coupe, but I'd go for either depending on what pops up at the time.

Good luck! (On the search and the wedding!)

One big reason I got the E36 M3 was because of value. Aesthetics aside, yes, it may not be as nice as an E46, but given that I found one that was well taken care of, it fit the bill with enough leftover out of my budget for maintenance and some upgrades (suspension.) Parts are still relatively cheaper compared to E46. Don't even get me on the E91. That thing is just a pile of _________.

Z3guy 07-02-2013 12:49 PM

^ I was reading an interview with Paul Walker from Fast and Furious fame and he owns like a dozen E36 M3s.....he thinks they will increase in value over the next 10rys like the E30 M3s.....

bcrdukes 07-02-2013 12:52 PM

hahaha I'm not so sure that they will because they were a mass produced car, unlike the E30 M3. :p

The E46 M3 however is just a whole different kind of beast in itself.

Don't think they're available on the base V6 are they? I thought they were only an option on the V6 Premium?

dared3vil0 07-02-2013 09:02 PM

^ Only premium V6, wasn't in my price range. :okay: LOVE this car so far though... SO much faster than i thought... 305HP and ~3400lbs is quicker then i was expecting for sure.

Here's another piktur :)

(If anyone is curious the utility trailer next to it was on the street until some fucking asshole from up the street complained it was blocking traffic and the City decided to give us a ticket and 24hrs to move it or it would be towed... In all reality all the neighbors who had kids loved it as it forced cars to slow to a crawl to safely pass between it and our F150, now people haul ass up the street. Great huh?)

TjAlmeida 07-02-2013 09:16 PM

Wonder what the City would do if you and the parents would complain about speeders?

Or go buy some cement mix and rent a mixer and make a fat speed bump :troll:
