To spend that money to do a custom interior, and to go with a plain white exterior.... :fulloffuck: |
Maybe they were planning on wrapping it or something, but either way spending the money on anything custom and then only putting 1100km on it seems daft. |
^^ to flip? Is this over or under msrp |
This is way over. Probably 100k or so. Probably found some way to pay no tax too based on trade ins or dealer license or some shit. I really like the spec. Flippers can suck a fuckin dick though. |
I wonder how hard/ much it is to get a dealer, repair plate. Can you just drive around with that |
https://www.facebook.com/marketplace...c-1f05a6a69b73 Toyota Corolla XRS 2009(rare 2.4l). 134k km CA$8,460 · In stock I dont know what i like more: there's so many great little nuggets: Reason for selling: I would prefer a quiet ride nowadays. Too many eyes when this car is driving This car is breathing well and ready for next owner Cons about my car -there is a piece that shoots the windshield fluid that I haven’t bought -it’s a rebuilt (if that is an issue) |

Nobody is looking at a Corolla XRS, if they are looking its because of those ugly wheels. |

Is it that bad? How much is a stock nsx now a days? At least it has some legit parts and is a manual |
i dunno... the NA1 NSX is the never-meeting-your-hero type car... i have driven it for a short stint (in shitty Vancouver traffic)... the whole experience was just.... underwhelming...like... I dunno.... accleration (stock exhaust is kinda meh at best...) braking is shitty.... turn in is not even that responsive coming out of corner... kinda hard to feel the MR layout.. not enough power to really push the back end wide or whatever... Or maybe I drove a shitty example...I dunno.... I also drove a R32 GT-R with basic bolt-ons, it just felt... way more JDM... if you know what I mean... probably not faster than the NSX, but the intake noises, to turbo spooling, to the exhaust, finishing with blitz BOV (no i dunno what model it is, its the classic du du du du du).... just felt like an event (i been spoiled), turn in was sharp, car felt "light", corner exit was faaaaasssssssttttttttttt (at least felt way faster than NSX) But those 2 drives were 5 years apart, and I drove the R32 first, maybe by the time I drove the NSX, I have sat in the C63/M3/chipped Golf Rs way too many times, and things in general just felt slower? |
I don’t think you can judge a car like that driving around a city at a crawl. The e30 is the fucking worst at it, and people drive it and say “oh so overrated overpriced” or whatever then 5 years later they do it again on a mountain road and are like “best car in the world give me DTM trophy” You can’t judge a cars merits when you’re driving it in objectively terrible driving environments. It’s like me not liking a gt3 because it sucks in the snow. |

Every time I've been in friends R32 GT-Rs I thought they didn't seem overly special and wondered what all the fuss was about when the prices went to the moon lol. |
