Reason to sell - Buying new car
Reposting now I finally found a car

2nd owner, original owner was my uncle who owned the car for 22 years as his daily driver

Good:
- engine runs extremely well. Even though it's a 92, the engine is still smooth and accelerates very well
- low KM, 217,xxx --> around 10K/year
- oil change done one week ago with receipt
- all struts (shocks) were replaced about a year ago
- includes stock rims and tires with all-seasons with lots of tread left
- currently mounted winter tires and steelies
- has passed AirCare every single year for the last 20 years without repairs, recently passed
- stereo power amp in back with JVC deck that plays mp3 CD's
- muffler replaced two months ago
- front brakes 75% left
- rear brakes 100%, just replaced pads and rotors with receipt
- interior is mint for 20 years
- comes with security system/remote locking
- sunroof with power windows
- timing belt, water pump, ignition rotor, and CV boots replaced at 117,xxx km

Bad
- ABS braking stopped working 6 months ago BUT does not affect regular braking
- power antenna broken but radio still works
- no major accidents, worst one was a rear-ender a few years ago
- very minor rust on rear fender on each side, about 1"
