beta opened up yesterday. has anyone tried it out yet?
i haven't started it but it has a diablo 2 sorta feel to it.

never heard of it, ya it does remind me of d2.
that spell tree looks kind of complicated like a spiderweb

Holy cow that skill tree looks awesome. My kind of game, I will give it a try.

D3 was so disappointing how you couldn't really make a custom built character.

from those screenshots.. a "diablo 3 sorta feel" would be a huge understatement..

I am very hooked! Play now! I'm playing as a marauder (str), but might try out a few other characters such as duelest(str/dex) or shadow(dex/int).

Not a Diablo 3 sorta feel. That would imply a crappy game.

graphics suck, but the game has some interesting bits to it.
lvl 22 i think, but im probably done with this game.

after playing d3 then tl2 and now poe, im just totally sick of this genre.

Game is pretty dam good. Skill tree and gem system is really unique. Just beat the game last night. Lvl 40 maurauder now, getting quite hard playing solo on cruel difficulty tho, much easier in a group. Def more D2 feel than D3, and lose xp if you die just like D2.

There is also pvp in the game but I haven't had a chance to test it out yet.

Anyone playing this? Just got started. Ambush league

I played this for a few weeks with a friend. Was pretty hooked, but ended up losing interest fairly quickly.

Ended up moving to Warframe.

Played it when it was in Beta. Is way better than D3. You can build your character anyway you like, lot's of different passive skills to pick, monsters actually can and will kill you if you aren't free.
The guys who design this game actually design D1 and D2. So they know what they are doing.

i just remember this game has the most crazy ability tree.
