I found it sunday .. I didn't realize it was literally right next to the movie theater.

How far down do you guys usually go?

It was just a gravely road for the first km or so

you can play in the sand for a bit and then you drive all the way to the end past the gravel road and there is a mud pit at the very end..

Pretty sure a rav4 can handle it. Just stay out of the mud and some of the obstacles. Even then if you get stuck you have these guys to pull you out.
