But sorry continue. The dodge doesn't fit in the garage, so I guess it's a driveway queen at the moment haha. Posted via RS Mobile |

That said, the main argument was that people were afraid of being broken into after seeing what's contained inside their garages. However, it's pretty hard for most people to even figure out where said garage is located when you don't see the outside of the house. And sweet! I've always wanted another stalker! My last one was a crazy ex-girlfriend. Hopefully you're hotter... :lol |

What car is under the cover? |
kaku, you always say your garage is too cold. If you insulate your doors and install a seal kit to stop the drafts, your garage will be a lot warmer. Mine's about the same size and after I installed the seal kit, the difference is night and day. I got 2 of these kits on sale (for 7x9' doors) for around $200 total. Weatherstrip - Garage Door Weatherstrip | RONA The other advantage with the seal kit is it helps prevent thieves from hooking to the release latch with a metal rod/coat hanger, since there's no gap at the top when the door's closed. |
I'll look into it, we have some sort of weather stripping on the doors, but it's still cold at night. It warms up after I leave the heater on full blast for a bit, but it's not warm when I first go in :P As for the thieves thing, both the doors are padlocked, so the most they can lift up, if at all, is about 2-3 inches :P |
Drafts aside, I'm sure the non-insulated doors are a huge factor. This kit seems pretty popular: Garage Door Insulation Kit from Owens Corning | The Home Depot - Model GD1 but I'd also research the effectiveness/cost of mounting rigid insulation: http://myrecyclopedia.ca/assets/imag...ion%5B1%5D.jpg |
If i wasnt moving to a new place in the next few months i would look into that for this place. I need to have my small heater on while i am bundled up in my coveralls for a bit |
aplLB, FAIL. you need to put those florescents up!! I regret doing it. I can see swirls. LOL. |
