Matlock 02-02-2013 08:52 AM

Just so you know, this commercial has been on TV for quite a while.

death_blossom 02-02-2013 09:17 AM

tons of car commercials are filmed in Vancouver. it's funny everytime I see a car rolling across the Cambie or Burrard bridge in one of those commercials.

tofu1413 02-02-2013 09:23 AM

Vale46Rossi 02-02-2013 09:27 AM

bballguy 02-02-2013 09:41 AM

EmperorIS 02-02-2013 09:48 AM

Yea I thought something in that video looked familiar. I swore I saw that car in Vancouver before.

FerrariEnzo 02-02-2013 10:04 AM

the ES isn't based on the Camry anymore its based on the Avalon this time around

The new Avalon is a very lovely car. I get to drive it quite a lot :fullofwin: very quiet and overall just an extremely solid and upscale feeling car. The new ES can only be better.

Its nothing to really write about.

There are better cars in its segment.

Avalon is a pretty kick ass car and highly under-rated.

OP, these car commercials are nothing new. BMW, Lexus, and Kia choose Vancouver as their venue for filming car commercials because we have the talent pool film production staff and the variety of scenery for filming these commercials.

Is it strange that it bugs me how they are on Dunsmuir, and they start at Granville, pass by Homer, then Hornby, and... suddenly they're back at Granville? :fulloffuck:

hk20000 02-04-2013 02:11 PM

the black magics of CG man

InvisibleSoul 02-04-2013 02:20 PM

I know that... I wasn't asking whether it was weird that the streets were out of order, I was asking whether it was weird that it bugs me. :p
