scrapes and chips
 

was wondering if anyone knew of a shop that would touch up scrapes under my front bumper and touch up a few paint chips here and there. Or would fixing scrapes underneath the front bumper require a complete repaint of the front bumper?
call me anal, but I'm putting a front lip on and would like to fix the scrapes I've accumulated underneath the front bumper before hand.
(it's a 08 BMW e92)

If the lip covers those scrapes its not worth it to have it fixed.
