this meet sounds tempting, i got my rav4 stuck for 2 hours once with no cell reception, had to wait for my buddy to find me to pull me out then he got stuck and i had to pull him out

klobbersaurus you'll be alright, just make sure you SEE another vehicle go into a mudhole before or you'll head up past your frame rails and if you get stuck we'll pull you out. I MAY even buy a new strap for the occasion.

one more question.

when you say meet up at the dam, are you talking about where the road to enter stave is? cause they used to have that big gravel parking lot area there, but last time i was there it was closed off or barricaded off(cant remember). so is that where your reffering to?

It's been at least a year since I've been to stave, how the fuck do I get there?? Anyone else coming out from Richmond? We'll meet somewhere here and roll out together? I need someone to blame if we get lost

yes..the gravel pit area is gated off...so everyone just pulls of to the side to the entrance of stave...you'll see my car waiting there...grey jeep with a red CB antenna. im coming out from surrey so if neone whos coming from the area let me know and we can have a surrey convoy..

Ya I'm for sure heading out to stave lol ok'd it with the wife... Sweet cant wait. Not gonna go too crazy on the flats nor will be heading up any narrow trails as I as well have a big truck.
Should I bring a BBQ grill? And will bring some brews as well.

There's a boat launch a little ways up that has a gravel lot right beside the road, but this spot is easier as you can see it from Dewdney Trunk.

Yeah traffic shouldn't be too bad coming from Richmond at that time. I will be bringing some sausages to BBQ if Soundy's is bring the grill.
