i believe it needed to be insured for a full year prior to scrapping, to prevent people from buying scrap cars and cashing out on them. new cat isnt bad... burrow one and donate! i remember it use to be 1000$ in cash / incentives

Theres another BC program called BC Scrap-It. More choices when it comes to incentives.

As long as you can drive the car there it qualifies.

driverside tail like drl doesn't work, brake light works
missing antenna
passenger side hit something, not sure what
power locks work, power windows work, has cruise control
no deck
heater works
