who goes the one of these gyms and when, looking to get some people to regularly work out with cuz lets face it, sometimes its nice to have motivation.

I go to the one in coquitlam, westwood daily

Rev scene = Richmond scene haha

I think the goal I had for this thread was to call out people to the gym when they were off to the gym so people wouldn't be forever alone lifting things haha

I'm at the Kingsway burnaby location mainly

I am upgrading my membership to be able to go to surrey since I work there.

I'm at the steve nash sports club in richmond

lets all meet up and do some bicep curls in the squat rack

I goto the brentwood one

I started going to the Richmond Steve Nash usually at night on weekdays and mornings on weekends.

Thinking of starting to go to the Coquitlam one since it's right across from my work.

I go to the one in delta next to the TD bank.
