Seatbelt replacement for 86 Chevy S10 pickup?

so I have an old beater truck and the seatbelts are shot. i need replacements and no one sells them online or at the dealer for obvious reasons.

is there a shop in town that can retrofit my truck with a universal unit? is this legal?
