iPhone 5 weak wifi signal
 

I just replaced my iphone4s with iphone5. I'm using the iphone5 in the same spot as the iphone4s and the iphone5 doesn't even see the weak wifi signal. On the iphone4s, I see the weak wifi signal and can connect to it and use the wifi.

Is this a software issue or hardware issue? How do we fix it?

I would assume a hardware issue. However, maybe check to make sure the password is right, airplane mode is off, and that the wireless router is working.
