Anyone have reviews? Good Bad.. mostly for Wifi Calling...
Is this free gobal calling or just local? If do you need to pay to call someone's cell in a different country??

Uses both. It's hit and miss sometimes - I use viber Line more because more people in my family uses that and it's a better SMS messaging system. Quality is good if you both have good internet connection.
