Dealing with Time Share Presentation

I started going Vegas 2 years ago which was the first time, and me and my gf went to the GrandView Time Share Presentation where we receive show tickets... Obviously we turned the time share down.. This year we went to Vegas again, and also went to the GrandView Time Share Presentation for the $100 food/gaming voucher. We were honest that we came last year and we really just for the vouchers... At the end of the tour, the lady gave us a speech on how, she was doing her job and only gets paid if people actually buy the Time Share and how its not nice just to come here for the vouchers. Anyhow we got ourself a 50$ food voucher $50 Gaming Voucher, We later turned that $50 vouchers into $170 cash, won server hands on BJ (Our first time gambling too). We are planning to go Vegas again next year, and sit through the 2 hours timeshare presentation, but I was wondering if anyone have ideas to deal with those time share presentation easier and reject immediately without having sit through 2 hours +

lol just say no thanks. and walk out with voucher. and you can't reject them right away unfortunately, the whole point is to sit through them.

YOu only get the Vouchs if you sit through the whole thing..

I went to one that provided free lunch. started at 11 and went till 3..

Got Free lunch, 3 free shows and some Gaming vouchers..

it was worth it. but the high pressure sales were hella annoying.

You can reject them early, but don't expect them to give you anything just for showing up..

I am more interested what technique to say

Like I am still full time working/casual student dont really have time to travel.

Not enough money, already have mortgage etc..

just lie through your teeth with these things. just be like you're exploring your options and going through various presentations to see what works for you. and just leave. just tell them that the one you went through isn't exactly what you're looking for. or tell them you are also looking at various city for time share options.

just say you can buy timeshare anywhere in the world for less than 1000 dollar.
tell them to log onto ebay and take a look at the price and the :devil:selection.

I dont think this work, then they will keep talking about how their resort or point system is a lot better than the other time share, which just drag the conversation even longer.

Me and my gf first discussed, dont ask question, and simple answer, yes or no, sometimes even stay quiet. Therefore, the presentation goes a lot quicker leave quicker

How many other guests are in each timeshare presentation?

i-VTEC 04-11-2013 07:15 PM

guest? you mean those who also goes to the presentation?

tons and tons, like at least 50+ couples each session
