2004 Honda Civic SI Sedan, Nighthawk black, 1.7L / 5spd, fully loaded w/ sunroof and A/C. 122,XXX original kms.

I Bought this car off a good friend (that bought it new) at 12,000Kms. In great shape, well maintained and not abused.
Owned by a non-smoker, no pets or kids. Have all work receipts, owner manuals/paperwork, valet/spare keys.

List of work done:
New Clutch, used transmission and Clutch fluid flush at 114,000km
Timing belt/seals, water pump, rad flush, and one 02 sensor at 101,000km
New battery, NGK spark plugs and brakes done all around at 95,000km
New Kumo Ecsta V rated tires at 110,000kms
Cabin and Air Filters changed last summer
Oil/filter always changed between 3500-4000 kms
Aircared in Jan.

Car has three small claims on it, nothing major:
Wheels were stolen
Drivers door was lightly backed into
Right front fender was lightly hit by someone changing lanes
$3000 max in damage and that was for the wheels.

Minor dings and scratches on exterior, always washed on a regular basis and waxed in spring/summer.
Interior left rear passenger door has some scratches and there is a small burn hole in the rear right seat.
