tactuo is all you'll ever need (called epiduo in the states) EPIDUOŽ (adapalene and benzoyl peroxide) Gel 0.1%/2.5% dont waste money on that over the counter crap |
Pro-activ. I had a MAJOR pimple problem many years ago similar to your scenario. Pro activ solved it within 2 months. Forever. After four minths, stopped using pro activ n went normal biore. No more pimple problem forever. Here is my theory... for myself... I had an oil imbalance for my face. Pro activ solved this. Get pro activ at your local mall booth or online. Also... on a side note, for short term, sleep earlier. Ur face heats up as it gets later in the nighrrime. But after pro activ, should solve this too. Good luck. Posted via RS Mobile |

Give benzoyl peroxide a shot. Medicated face wash that worked for me. I would stay away from proactive, such a marketing gimick. The main active ingredient in it is benzoyl peroxide but charges a premium price edit: You can get face wash with this stuff for under $10. |
from now on, if people would like to recommend a product, please let us all know where you can buy it and preferably the price also if you can remember Thanks in advance ! |
so many mixed reviews on certain products , for example pro-activ and shiseido so how well does Cetaphil rank in terms of these products |

I had a bad case of pimples for about.... I would say a year. You can buy them at kiosks at malls, so phone up the malls first to make sure the kiosks are still there. Or, order online. I only tried Biore AFTER 4 months (around there) of Pro Activ usage. And, I've been using Biore ever since, but I want to clarify that Pro Activ was the SOLUTION, and Biore (the much cheaper ongoing daily use cleanser) is after Pro Activ. |

Haven't tried Clarins Men. Sleeping early for myself play a big factor but I have friends who have the most fcked up sleep schedules & work graveyards. They rarely get acne, so it really depends on each individual. You should give it a try though and see if it helps. Also if you want to try products buy it from The Bay! They have 30day return policy, if the product doesn't work you can bring it back and tell them its not for you. (I bought the whole Shiseido line around $150-200, used it for 2-3weeks and returned it all and just explained my skin had a bad reaction) I believe Sephora has a similar return policy, you should ask them about that! Could save you a bunch of $$ |

I had such an extreme case of acne in my early teens that I used everything. Oxyclean Alcohol Wipes Clearasil Pro-Active Acne-Free And none of them worked. You'd see slight improvement in the first week then it'd revert back to crap.. Thus Acutane (experimentation stage) actually worked for me. I did get some of the side affects but nothing major. (Really dry skin on the corners of my mouth.. To the point where they'd just crack and bleed thus making me use a antibio. cream supplied by my dermatologist) |

I drink alot of tea compared to water because living with an asian family, does Tea count as being included in the 8 cups of water / day? *I drink about 5 cups of tea and 3.5 cups of water |

I find Cetaphil quite mild compared to it. http://img703.imageshack.us/img703/729/spectro.jpg |

i've been using cetaphil for 2 days full now and my face feels much smoother now. I've also noticed that the scars from the big pimples I popped are starting to heal too, maybe Cetaphil allows moisture into the skin healing the scars |

I know how it feels with a ton of pimples, and for me personally, it does not feel good at all.... (emotionally, not physically... though sometimes... it does hurt physically on the face). |
