This is in Wesbrook Village in UBC. I work there. Woman was on her phone, hit the car and got it wedged. Woman in white I think lived in the building it was in front of.

I imagine the driver would have had to do a pretty powerful Scandinavian flick with just the right weight on the driver side of the car and then carefully drive it onto the side of the Lancer
