Where to buy lug hole inserts ?
 

Specifically, offset centre (1.15mm)

I know Panther has them and does the install service but since I have access to the equipment, I'd like to install them myself. I doubt they would sell the inserts alone.

I can barely find any info online, let alone a supplier.
