Not really into Mini-pops or kids singing shit like this, but the drumming and other percussionists are pretty fucking impressive for kids! As a drummer, I know how hard the drumming in the song is:

Solid resurrection of this thread! :fullofwin:

Glad to see this thread alive again. Surprised to see it take a nosedive but I guess we're living in a EDM world. Sigh. WTF is hardstyle anyway

Cool video. I got 1 minute in but had to shut 'er down as I'm at work. Anyone paying homage to Tool gets a  in my book. OMG the drumming in any Tool song gives me goosebumps.

Danny Carey is, hands-down, one is the most underrated and over looked drummers. Dude is fucking amazing!

white rocket 10-03-2013 02:30 PM

I literally stared at him throughout the entire show a few years ago.

dinosaur 10-03-2013 06:20 PM

ME TOO!!! Like a fucking creeper, lol!

A friend of mine is going. This will be his second time seeing him live and unplugged. Said the first show blew his mind.

oh man, that would be AWESOME!!

I am away that weekend :(

MindBomber 10-24-2013 10:08 PM

$10-12 tickets are tempting, i'm hesitant as i've never seen a tribute band though..

dinosaur 10-24-2013 10:19 PM

LOOT has been around for a very long time...I have a few friends who have seen them...reviews are mix. However, 12$? If I was in town, I'd check it out.

I've become obsessed with this song. Its so epic. As a guitar player, I love the layering of simple guitars to make a complex and such a deep sound. You could have the song with no lyrics at all, and it would portray the same emotions as the lyrics do. Its fucking incredible songwriting IMO.

tool001 10-25-2013 10:51 AM

one of my fav songs

Soundy 10-25-2013 08:12 PM

Speaking of talented...

MindBomber 10-27-2013 10:12 PM

I dig this.

I def suggest Nirvana fans give it a watch.

MindBomber 11-03-2013 10:53 PM

Neat.

The baby on Nirvana's Nevermind album cover twenty-two years on.. it's unfortunate that he's not naked.

Ramones Blitzkrieg Bop (1976)

A Vancouver band and among the originators of Hardcore Punk.

D.O.A. I'm Right, You're Wrong (1982)
