I didn't really like his tone.
When he asked him to ask if she needed an ambulance, he said it in a way as if it was a chore.
"Can you, (sigh), ask her if she needs an ambulance".
Well if she's been kidnapped for 10 years, maybe an ambulance would be helpful.
Also, when Ramsay says "well, she's been kidnapped, so put yourself in her shoes", he replies with "we'll send the police out,thanks" in an I-don't-give-a-fuck kind of tone.
Sounded like he wanted to say something else before, but held back and just wanted to end the call.

Maybe it's just me, but it definitely irked me.
And like the comments on the video, it does sort of suggest that the operator says "shut the..." after Ramsay says "There you go".

I guess I'm over analyzing.
