Been in 35+ weather for about 2.5 months now.Nothing beats a cold fresh coconut.

Second to that is water.

Water unless there's a beer around and its not morning. Aside from camping and golf.. then morning beers are ok :lol

I just came back from Thailand, 38 degree weather, a fresh young coconut on the beach is awesome!

Edit: Oops didn't read the OP, after a workout? As others mentioned, Procari Sweat, tastes better than Gaterade, too sugary for me.

Ice cold coconut water.

water that is has a colder temp than room temperature and a lil warmer than right out from the fridge.

if i drink water that is too cold too fast, my throat hurts

i live in GuangZhou for a year now, its so hot 90% all year around & most of the time its what ever is fastest i can get my hands on & what ever is cheap

ice cold water with squirt of lemon juice, or powerade zero
