leather repair

can someone recommend a shop to fix a tear in a grey leather side bolster of a front seat?

i used to go to ambassador in burnaby but the owner is not doing it full time anymore so it's next to impossible to get work done.

thanks

Pacific Auto Trim does great work. Lou and the guys there are true professionals, and have been in the industry for years.

has anyone heard of a business called fibrenew?

https://www.fibrenew.com/lower_mainland/contact-us/

the option of a mobile service would help me a great deal.

The guys Trim Up did a great job on the drivers seat on my 323i... and while it doesn't count as 'mobile' service, if you're in Richmond, they'll drive you back to your office, and pick you up when it's done

ah, timothy at velocity told me to go to new creations (pt. coq.) instead (they are mobile):

still haven't been able to trim up. the person on the phone said they have to see the damage in person... just trying to find the time because i'm not from richmond.

Spot On Upholstery Restorations, guy by the name of Wayne Larson.
He's been doing all the work for Brian Jessel BMW for the past 20 years.
He's mobile as well and came to my place to repair my leather seats and various interior imperfections in my M3 yesterday, excellent work. Highly recommend him.

did not have luck with trim up. they are just too busy for a small job like me at the moment :(

new creations did not return my voice mails. same with spot on, but maybe i'll try email instead.

pacific is next on my list...

i had no idea it was so tough to find good help in this field.

greendb7 06-27-2013 11:39 PM

Trust me, get a hold of Wayne from Spot On and you will not be disappointed. Damn I should have taken before and after pictures. The guy knows what he's doing!

Hand down best place in Vancouver is:
ASC (automotive styling center) located on Clark dr
Near venables. Google it.

I work at a dealer and we send all interior repairs to these
Guys. Leather repair they are great at. They do everything,
Including putting in a sunroof.

Highly recommend.
