Making money is also far too easy in China at the moment. I have a friend here makes less than 10m revenue a year five years ago, and now he is expecting his revenue for 2013 to be 3 Billion RMB and by 2014 its 8 Billion.

He only does renovations for large developers. They pretty much monopolised the renovation industry for new homes.
