Braised pork on rice (滷肉飯) Where in richmond can I get this stuff for cheap? pearl castle has it for 5.25 or something but, I assume I can find better and cheaper. |
I think I know what you're talking about. Right side of parker place once you go in, the first shop sells that. Taiwanese shop. I believe it was the same owner as the shop on Granville 10 years ago that closed down and I used to go there as a kid. |
I get mine from Red Persimmon (I think that's what it's called?) Place is in Crystal mall, 2nd shop from the washroom. Used to be $2.00 for a small bowl. The price is higher now, but not sure how much... It's still CHEAP for something so homemade and filling. Probably just a couple dimes more than a McDouble. |
there was a place besides richmond sushi that does taiwanese food, they might have it there, i should go check again. |
Not gonna brag but my mom makes the best vs all local tw restaraunts. :fullofwin: The fatty pork she adds in.. :sweetjesus: |
