If it's just the sliders, it's actually a pretty cheap and easy job. New sliders are relatively cheap (provided you can find a place that sells them) and the grease is maybe a buck or two. It's definitely easier to simply buy a new complete bracket but places like Lordco only like to sell them alongside the caliper as well.

If now it pulls when it brakes you have sticky brakes on either side of the car.
