Looking for suspension bushings expert
 

Does anyone know who are good at replacing suspension bushings? ie energy master bushing kit. I assume you need a hydraulic press to perform this job. I want someone that is familiar with these. Anyone please?

Either bring it to a shop with a press, or DIY.

Torch. Hammer. Flathead. Die grinder. Whole weekend.
Oh. and beer. You're gonna need alot of it, if you're going to DIY.

You're going to spend hours and hours cleaning pissed off, with molten rubber burns all over your arms and legs. You're going to bitch, moan, and cry after calculating time and effort VS shop rates. Or, you might ask your friend why he's such a cheap fuck, and why you're helping him do it in the first place.

But you're going to read this post, and you'll save yourself time and money.
Remove the suspension arm that needs the bushing done. Or if you're doing the entire thing, drop the subframe. Find a suitable vehicle for transportation of parts, and haul it to a shop. You'll be in and out within an hour or 2.

Way better savings.

Oh, then get an alignment. Drive slow.

AMT machine and fabrication is has lots of experience doing bushings...

appropriate size socket, floor jack, something really heavy (maybe a beat up ol truck that has a flat frame) and safety goggles just because

oh and beer, lots of beer, you'll need it

I would suggest get a spare set of arms, use the spare set, while you re re the one that is out.

Hydraulic press with proper die would make life easier.. aim for a press that is more than 20ton (honestly hydraulic presses are pretty easy to make, they are just a few i-beams and a bottle jack)
