Brakes lights not coming on So recently, I noticed the brake/stop lights arent coming on.. I though it would be the fuse.. I check all 3 fuses and they are fine.. I highly doubt all 3 bulbs would go out at the same time but havent checked the bulbs yet... If its the cars wiring, is it still covered under warranty? its a 2011 Hyundai Elantra Touring |
Possibly the brake switch. They're usually located right behind the pedal. But if its under warranty and its not the fuses just take it to the dealer. |
Pull few bulbs and see if they're good, if so, yeah, maybe it's the switch. '11 Elantra should still be under warranty. |
made an appointment with hyundai.... Thanx for all the help |
hyundai's recalled 07-10 sonatas and later gen elantras for brake switch iirc. I remember because i had to get it done on my sonata |
