I broke right tail light of 09 TT conv :|

Hi guys..

First of all, I have black Audi TT 09 convertible. I made a terrible mistake when I was back-parking in downtown and I broke my passenger side tail light.. Damn..

Now I am looking for a body shop who can replace my broken tail light as soon as possible. Can you guys recommend a good one for me?

Or I can buy one in ebay : http://www.ebay.com/itm/08-09-AUDI-TT-PASSENGER-TAIL-LIGHT-LAMP-ORIGINAL-P-N-8J0945096E-RIGHT-OEM-629/171065508494?rt=nc&_trksid=p2047675.m1851&_trkparms=aid%3D222002%26algo%3DSIC.FIT%26ao%3D1%26asc%3D16100%26meid%3D8639900665109066593%26pid%3D100005%26prg%3D7683%26rk%3D4%26sd%3D150996802637%26Do you think it is a good idea to buy this tail light from ebay and replace with it?

1. Order a taillight from PGperformance in surrey.
2. Buy a socket set.
3. Replace it yourself.
4. Profit off of using socket set for other future issues that are slightly more complicated than installing tail light.

If you don't feel comfortable working on your own car, I can put you in touch with a private modder to fix your taillights.

To get parts they have by FAR the best prices. They will ship to your door too. They are the local contact/distributor for ecs tuning, which is the most comprehensive vw/audi parts supplier in North america. Any car places are going to have the same hours. If you dont care how much it costs, the dealer is an option, but expect to probably pay more than double.

Order it from eBay.com
Pay a private modder to install it for you if you are nervous to DIY.

You're late on the punch to that one in this thread.

The light you posted has issues of its own, its cracked and has scratches etc.

Do as westopher said, order the light, shipped to your house. If you are too scared to do it yourself get a reputable shop to install it. This isn't something super complicated so a lot of the shops would be able to do it.

Look up a few RS sponsors.

Heres what a quick google search came up with. You don't even need a socket wrench haha. It should literally be like a 6 minute job if you have little to no experience.
