FS: 2002 Civic SiR EP3; Very low mileage ~89,000KM - $8000

Updated and cleaned up the ad.

Price: $8,000obo (No trade)

I’m open for negotiations if you are serious about buying the car.

This car is perfect for someone who’s looking for a practical, fuel efficient, sporty, reliable, cheap to maintain, and fun to drive car.

Model: 2002 Honda Civic SiR EP3 (Clean Title, Not US Import)
ICBC history records, parts receipts documents are available.
Color: Matte Black (Done professionally by Richmond Automind. Not some random wrap job. Receipt available)
Original color: Black
Mileage: ~89,000KM (one of the lowest mileage EP3s)
Non-smoker, no pets.
Interior: Good condition. (Have always used 303 aerospace protectant for interior cleaning)

Extra items included:
A set of winter rims with snow tires (lots of tread left)
Extra pair of headlights
OEM shocks
OEM hood
A bottle of wax/sealant specifically used for matte paint protection.

Minor mods (I might forget some):
AEM Cold Air Intake
Greddy Exhaust (sporty yet quiet enough for daily driving)
Tokico D-Spec Shocks
Neuspeed Short Shifter (Excellent feel)
Black Racing N1 (17 inch Bronze)
Tires: Bridgestone RE11
Stoptech brake kits on the front
Seibon CF hood (Extremely light)
S2000 Push Button Start (hasn't been hooked up yet)
Headlights with black housing

Recent maintenance:
The car has been bulletproof in terms of reliability. I recently replaced rear brake pads.

A few minor imperfections:
Slight chip on the rear tail lights. No condensation whatsoever.
Rims have some curbages (no bend, no leak)
Slight exhaust rattles, but hardly noticeable. It can be easily adjusted.

The car has been meticulously maintained by the previous owner and me. There were two minor fender bender accidents involving a left rear side for $1,070.33 in March 2009 and front for $2738.61 in November 2010 (ICBC reports available).

The previous owner took the opportunity to paint the exterior matte black. The paint job was professionally done by Richmond Mind for about ~$4,000 (records available). I’ve received nothing but positive comments from many people.
