It's more about freedom for me. The world of money has put boundaries on everything I want to do. What I want to do, what I want to eat, where I want to go. At what times.
I'd just go to sleep when my body feels tired. I'd get up when I feel rested. I'd go to places in the mode of transportation that I feel like that for that day. Sometimes I'd walk, sometimes I'd bike, most day's I'll drive probably drive a fast car, but sometimes I might even take transit.
I'd eat different cuisines every day. Maybe that means lunch in Tokyo and dinner in Paris, with time in between just sitting on the jet listening to music and bumping beats.
I'd fly to remote locations in the world and just hide out for months. Swim with turtles and dive with the dolphins.
Like some of you said, I'd train and maybe try to explore space.
Sometimes I'd dress up, but most days I'll probably dress down. Some days I might even want to pretend to go to work just for a change of pace.
What I really want to do in all the spare time I would have? Just learn about various different subject. And come up with new hobbies. Probably try to learn how to build stuff, and work with my hands. Woodworking, metalworking, tinkering with the cars. Learn how to fly an airplane and a helicopter. Grow a garden, do a little farming and just... share laughs with the people I care about.

Set up a charity that sends photoshopped pictures to kids who lost their parents pretending they are not dead, just working overseas.

Make robots, AI, and create a renewable fuel to run them.
Other things I would do is start experimenting with nootropics and extending the performance of the human body.

Also, even if you meditate, you might not reach nirvana, but it sure as hell helps with finding the clarity of mind. The problem these days is finding 15 mins to 2 hours in order to do it...
I would also bring the people I know close to me out of poverty. Their gratitude would be priceless already.
