i kept most of mine just in a few 3" binders on the shelf. doesn't take up a lot of space. i recycled the ones that i thought were no longer relevant.

I threw mine as soon as the semester was over! As for text books, I sold them all back. There isn't anything you won't be able to find your answer to on the internet anyways. And textbooks/notes get outdated annually.
