What's the best traveler's plan?

Back in town for a bit and need to get a disposable plan/paygo plan for my girl.

-nano SIM (unlocked iPhone 5)
-don't need a lot of minutes...just enough to get around for occassional calls
-we're leaving end of August
-data; a nice to have, but not necessary

Any suggestions?

Wind mobile, assuming the iphone 5 has the aws band.

Any plans that only charge by the minute, so theres no monthly charges except for what you use and .75 for 911... so just dump $20 (min. I think) and your good to go...

I just checked...it's the UK iPhone 5 so it doesn't have the AWS band (only NA ones have it).

So I'm stuck with going with the non AWS carriers.

fido $39 dollar plan is pretty. Is not Chatr have have good plan for voice only

If it were me, I'd go for chatr for $20 unlmt talk for a month (only 50 texts though)

If its purely for emergencies, fido or Rogers regular prepaid for $10/month will give you like 25 minutes or so a month
