Custom wing stand

I am trying to change out my spoiler stand on my Voltex spoiler.
Any place I can get custom cut aluminum plate ? And painted black ?

So from something like this


To this solid piece

Any machine shop with a waterjet can do it.. however to makes things easier just give them a CAD file.

You should have seen his work at meets.

If you are really fancy you would want the base to be made of a thicker material and minimal weight on top.
