Initially police said seven were dead, but they lowered the number to six after investigators were further able to examine the car involved in the crash. |

They seem to be "looking" for any reason to pin this on the driver. Why would he be on the phone with staff before the crash? Are there procedures about communicating with drivers while they're actually driving? People seem to have forgotten the backup system to brake the train DIDN'T WORK. |
