Lightweight, better handling
9000RPM redline, mmmmm high compression
better fuel economy, hello money in wallet
looks better IMO than 370z
Interior looks sportier

If you want torque, then 370z would be your choice.

S2k for me, honda fanboy. i don`t own one but i have driven both cars. and the S has better road feel in my opinion.
