So much facepalm: Fox News interview with author

The interviewer asks him: Why would you Muslims write a book about Jesus?

He tries to lay it out for that bimbo at around 7:20.

He also did an AMA on reddit

I am Reza Aslan, scholar of religions, author of ZEALOT, and (gasp!) recent FOX news guest - AMA : IAmA

MindBomber 07-30-2013 12:22 PM

I do not normally enjoy discussions on religion, but I found the AMA an excellent read.

This was particularly amusing.

Muhammad orders a cranberry juice.

And then Jesus says "I just need a water".

"How can you, as a meat-eater, write an unbiased book about vegetables?"

"Cause I'm a farmer, you stupid cuntbag."

Saw this yesterday...I love it when Fox News is verbally slapped and they don't even know it.

Yeah, he always comes across like a tool.

Good interviewers will make you look like an ass with their questions, and your words.

He just sits there and lambasts them makig himself look like a pretentious tool.

Faux news. It's a better spelling, because in America it sounds the same but reflects a more accurate point of view.
