Fog lights installation honda civic 2008 DXG

I'm looking for someone to install fog lights with HID lights (if possible) on my honda civic dxg 2008. I do not have the parts and my car does not have the inserts aswell.

I would do it myself, but basically don't want to fuck up. :okay:

Anyways, If anyone could PM me details and pricing.
