Router help please

Having some router problems right now. We have two desktops(one on wireless and one wired), a tablet, and a couple phones. The wireless desktop is the one that can connect through the router. The wired one does not work, I've checked the connection and wire, everything is fine. And none of the tablet or phones works either. The devices can find the router signal, but no connection goes through.

I thought it was because of the router, so I went to buy a new one. And the exact same problem happens. Anyone knows whats wrong?

Did you set up static ip's on your devices?

If not can you enter the routers homepage?

when you say no connection goes through does it not even connect or connects but no internet?

for wired, do you get an ip address when connected?

For tablet and phones: it has signal and connected to the network, but no internet.

The wired desktop doesn't have an ip.

looks like the router is not giving out IPs then if your wired pc doesn't get an ip address
in the router settings check if dhcp server is enabled.

I would also agree. Check the DHCP Server settings. If something if it still has issues, try factory resetting the router to defaults and set everything up.

Have you tried another cat5e cable?
