Looking For Local Auto Wrecker/Junk Yard
 

So I'm looking to get a replacement driver side window for my 2002 Honda Civic SiR, but having trouble locating one.

I tried calling JK Japanese Import, Ralph Auto Supply and Empire Used Auto they don't have any EP3's sitting around.

Any other places that you guys recommend I should call?

Something like a window is minimal in profit so wreckers don't bother listing it up on car-part.
However search up something like a seat, steering wheel or anything valuable out of an ep3 sir. Call up the wrecker that carries them and ask if they have a window, chances are they will have it since they've probably wrecked the whole car

G+k in Langley?the guys that work there are dicks and they might be kinda pricey...but they have quite a bit of stuff

Not to mention ICBC usually get first dibs on things like that from recycling yards because they pay a lot more than retail customers would.

You might have better luck trying autobody shops that you deal with, to see if they can get it for you.

Not that I'm suggesting you do this, but side windows are covered under insurance, no? Suppose you call into ICBC saying your car was vandalized and you need a new window... that could theoretically solve your problem...

It's in Chilliwack but they have an ep3 laying around.

If they have it, you might be able to get it delivered or at least dropped off to ProTruck, in Surrey (sister company).

I have good glass hookups (new) would you like me to call one of my suppliers?

I assume the OP wants to have it done for lower than the $300 deductible.

Most wreckers have a SHARED database. I've looked for oddball parts and usually I find one nice place that will look up to see which place at least will have the car I'm looking for.

I thought I saved the website but I guess I must've reformatted. There's a BC database you can log into and see which wreckers have what cars.

Looks to me Pro Auto in Abby has the most EP3's. I'd try there. Suppose to be recent arrivals.
