He has 2 of the same cars because his dad has a car rental company they rents out exotics.

Also it's almost pointless to mod a exotic.

Harvey Specter 09-04-2013 06:14 PM

Well 22 million pounds is around $36 million dollars so even if he spends say $2+ million on cars he's still got a good chunk of money left over plus like already mentioned, his dad does own a rental company and they're building a brand new building to house the rental company so he'll probably be making some good money by renting most of these cars out.

I wonder if he can drive standard

XplicitLuder 09-04-2013 07:42 PM

Meh 22mil is nothing. Then again it's a lot to those who only think about themselves ;)

What a stupid fucking thing to say. :derp:

pastarocket 09-04-2013 08:17 PM

He should spend more time learning how to use the GPS in some of exotics instead of calling his Dad for directions while driving. It's stupid and dangerous to be on the phone while driving fast in his cars:

At a hearing before Solihull magistrates on June 13, Nichola Purches, prosecuting, said: “He accepts he was using his mobile phone. He said he was asking his father for directions.”

He wasn't driving fast. If he was he would have got a speeding ticket.

in other news, mm designs is already on its way to England with a shit load of shitty wrap papers to wrap his cars :troll:

Lomac 09-04-2013 08:51 PM

To be fair, there's maaaaaybe $2 Million dollars (UK Pounds) worth of cars there. In the grand scheme of things, it's not too bad. And who knows, maybe he bought 'em all used. :p

Definitely not the route I'd go if I were to blow a bunch of money on car after winning the lottery, but to each their own.

NKC ONE 09-04-2013 09:03 PM

22mil pounds is more than enough to do anything he want's in life. spending roughly 10% on cars is quite reasonable if you're a true enthusiast with a great passion for exotics. Let's not bag on him yet, he might be turning all of this into profit. If he isn't then that's great for the economy.

We'd all probably do some crazy shit one way or another if we came into that wad of dough at that age. Being irresponsible with money is the big fun part of being rich and in that case, pretty filthy rich for doing nothing.

Like I said, it's a lot to those who only think of themselves. Depending how you see your future, to some that's a lot and to some it doesn't cover most of what they wanna do. I can't check if I've been failed, I'm sure i have , but to each their own. Yes if I won 22m right now that'd be a lot and I could do great things. I keep thinking ahead too far

I always wonder if a exotic car rental would work in Vancouver that rented out Lambos, Ferraris, etc...It's the one thing Vancouver doesn't have atm.

boostfever 09-05-2013 12:27 AM

seems like they have PET plates on pretty much all the cars. which makes sense: Platinum Executive Travel

basically this douche is showing off with his dad's company cars without even advertising for the company. nowhere on that facebook page the company was mentioned, nor he mentioned how he got the cars or why he has two of everything. dick lol

and note how nothing is older than a year or two. that's a douchebag's garage. not appreciating any classics.

Let's say you bought a used Lamb for $130K like this one: http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/LOW-MILES-NAV-CAMERA-CALLISTO-WHLS-CARBON-FIBER-CLEAR-BONNET-/121170668082?pt=US_Cars_Trucks&hash=item1c3655aa32
After shipping, taxes, regular maintenance, insurance and other expenses You would have to rent it at least 200 times at $1000 a day to break even. Also most of your rentals would be on the weekends and you would not get many rentals in the winter.

Something interesting comes up when you type in the dad's name "Saleem Iqbal", seems like he was jailed back in 1998 when he owned a used car dealership in the same city where his car rental business is now...

Quote:

A Birmingham businessman who tried to persuade key witnesses to alter their evidence in the trial of two men accused of killing young Staffordshire prostitute, Lucy Burchell, has been jailed for two years.

Saleem Iqbal was found guilty of two charges of perverting the course of justice at Birmingham Crown Court.

Co-accused Tariq Khan - the brother of Tahir Khan, who was jailed for ten years over the death of 16-year-old Lucy - was cleared of the same charges.

Iqbal (27), of College Road, Alum Rock, and Mr Tariq Khan, aged 29, of Ash Road, Saltley, had denied both offences. Lucy, whose body was found behind the Tower Ballroom in Edgbaston, was lured into the world of prostitution after watching TV drama Band o f Gold.

Jailing Iqbal, Judge Derek Stanley said a note to the witnesses was in Iqbal's own handwriting and was plain evidence of his guilt.

Mr Michael Burrows, prosecuting, had told the jury Iqbal also had several discussions with the two girls, who were his friends.

"He suggested to them what to say so as to tailor evidence to 'row out' Tahir Khan even if it meant 'sinking' his co-accused, Rungzabe Khan," he said.

The real risk of injustice was that Tahir might get off and Rungzabe might stand convicted alone, he said.

He said Iqbal tried to get the girls to alter their evidence on the purity of the drug given to Lucy and who had given it to her.

Iqbal, a second-hand car dealer with a business in Yardley, said in his note that he would "make it up to them" if the girls modified their evidence.

Mr Benjamin Nicholls, for Iqbal, said there were never any threats, bribes or intimidation and no requests for retractions and U-turns of evidence or to stay away from court.

The girls were not intimidated and were not deflected from giving evidence, he added.

The drug was supplied by Rungzabe Khan (26), of Lindale Avenue, Hodge Hill, and Tahir Khan (27), of Ash Road, Saltley, who left her to die and then dumped her body.

They were each jailed for ten years.
