Dad's old boss in the 80's had his hand cut off with a hand saw for not paying his dues. They're nice to you if you haven't screwed them, my dad had to deal with them a few times when his boss was in hiding.

Harley sure makes a lot of money selling their bikes to police departments...just like Ford did with Crown Victoria.
