I think she did the right thing.

No need for everyone in the bus to have to listen to that bullshit. If more people called out others on crap like this, we wouldn't have people thinking that acting like this is something they can get away with or is acceptable in public.

I agree, its not always safe to say something anymore. My wife constantly thinks I’m going to get stabbed by a group of 14 year olds.

I still think she was in the right, there is no reason why someone should have to listen to a crazy cursing passive aggressive tirade against another passenger right next to her.
