Waking up with sore eyes Even after sleeping 9 hours i feel as if i didn't get as fully rested because my eyes are sore. After washing them with cold water it's fine, during the days they are not sore, neither when i go to sleep. Any suggestions? |
might be because you drink a lot of water before bed |
